After you have taken the impressions of your mouth please send it back to us as soon as possible. Once we receive the mold of your teeth Production generally takes 3~4 business days of your grill. Once the item is out of production, we will then reship the finished grill back to you. The entire process usually takes (approx.) 10-15 business days if you live in the US, and 3-5 weeks if you live outside of the US. RETURN : All grillz are custom-made to order. There are No Refunds.
