Returns & Refund Policy

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Because most of our pieces are custom-made, our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of personalized work.

Getting Started

To request a return or cancellation, contact us at (346) 447-8443 or tysgrillz@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Custom Grillz

Each grill is handcrafted based on the mold you provide, so accuracy is key.

  • You may request a refund within 30 days, as long as production has not started.
  • If you cancel before sending your molds, your refund will be issued minus shipping and $20 per mold kit.
  • If you cancel after sending molds, a 15% fee will apply.

Important Notes:

  • Orders without usable molds after 60 days will be converted to store credit only.
  • Once production begins, the order is final and non-refundable.

Fit Guarantee:

  • You have 7 days after delivery to report any fit issues.
  • One complimentary adjustment is included.
  • Additional adjustments are available for $50 (includes new mold kit and shipping).

Custom Jewelry

  • A $75-$150 design deposit is required and is non-refundable.
  • Once you approve the final design, the order becomes final.

Cancellations:

  • Before production: 15% cancellation fee
  • After production: No cancellations or refunds

Ready-Made Items

For non-custom pieces:

  • Defective items are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Fees:

  • 10% restocking fee on approved returns
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days
  • Funds typically arrive within 3–5 business days
